Dear Lx_, I hope you will be luckier than me to get any resolution from PP. I am also based in the Europe. They stopped for a while answering to the emails I sent. In the past I used to deal only with peoples that I could physically meet if required....

Dear Romy,You said that PS Audio never acknowledged any sound problem with old PP. Did you ever identify something "technically wrong" in the sinewave that a PPP outputs that peoples from PS could work on ?May be I miss your report on that point but ...

I am glad to hear that APS plans to reply to its customers. So I can hope myself to have some answers one day. I am waiting for only few months... ;-)...

Don't get me wrong, I simply wondered if you had fresh news also on that topic. Let's hope that at some point they will remember even if I have to admit that I do not expect much anymore from Purepower......

Nice to hear that it eventually produces less noise. At least it becomes clear now that it was far from being as silent as they were so quick to claim.Do you know if they plan something for previous buyers of PP2000 ?I would love to ask them myself b...

I am talking about the fans and the capacitors. I have a PP2000 and the more you load it, the more the capacitors "whine".Nothing from the speakers themselves. It is a pity that cooling is not passive taking into account the efficiency announced. I g...

It is a good idea to try it. At least to ensure that you can live with the noise it makes. By day, it is not really an issue but if you are a big fan if late night session listenings it may be a bit intrusive....
