Perception - Time Constants

I would like to enroll in getting my second Bachelors degree from UCI in their forward looking 'Logic and Philosophy of Science' department. While getting my first bachelors degree at UCI, I took the opportunity to complete a bachelors level and PhD level course from Dr. Donald Hoffman.
