According to BSO: a new way to experience one of the world's great orchestras The BSO Concert Channel is a pilot project that offers a continuous stream of concerts by the Boston Symphony Orchestra. The channel features: performances from Symphony Hall in Boston and the Koussevitzky Music Shed at Tanglewood in Lenox, Mass., in superior fidelity of 192kps bit-rate sound (compared to the industry standard of 128kps), including each Classical New England BSO broadcast and some BSO master classes.
